چکیده
Transcriptomics (or functional genomics) is a powerful tool that allow researchers to connect their knowledge of cells, biomarkers, and disease onset, hence providing novel diagnostic therapeutic solutions perspectives. It includes the tempo-spatial distribution, communication interaction key cellular mRNA biomarkers cross-talking networks, role in influencing intracellular extracellular dynamics signaling. Circulating cell-free transcriptomics uses data from plasma transcriptomes, or whole circulating (cfmRNA) content, determine roles functions for biomarker discovery. This short highlights some technologies powering advances field, including current trends innovations, future challenges possibilities—some which were unthinkable few years ago.

Cell-free circulating tumor DNA in cancer.
Cancer is a common cause of death worldwide. Despite significant advances in cancer treatments, the morbidity and mortality are still enormous. Tumor heterogeneity, especially intratumoral heterogeneity, is a significant reason underlying difficulties in tumor treatment and failure of a number of current therapeutic modalities, even of molecularly targeted therapies. The development of a virtua...
متن کاملCell-free Circulating miRNA Biomarkers in Cancer
Considerable attention and an enormous amount of resources have been dedicated to cancer biomarker discovery and validation. However, there are still a limited number of useful biomarkers available for clinical use. An ideal biomarker should be easily assayed with minimally invasive medical procedures but possess high sensitivity and specificity. Commonly used circulating biomarkers are protein...
متن کاملA Review of the Function of Circulating Cell Free miRNAs as Promising Biomarkers in Cancer Diagnosis, Treatment, and Metastasis
Cell Free miRNAs are small, non-coding molecules that can be secreted into the bloodstream in very stable forms. These types of miRNAs, like intracellular miRNAs, participate in the control of many biological processes and are expressed in both natural and pathological conditions. Quantitative and qualitative changes in expression of circulating miRNAs are associated with the onset and progress...
متن کاملnon-invasive detection of esophageal cancer using genetic changes in circulating cell-free dna
cell free dna (cfdna) is a genetic biomarker that is present in serum or plasma in high concentration in many types of cancer. identification of circu-lating cancer related dna molecules in serum or plasma is a non-invasive tool for early diagnosis and prognosis in many cancer patients. for this review, study selection and data extraction were performed by the authors. detection of point mutati...
متن کاملCirculating Tumor Cell and Cell-free Circulating Tumor DNA in Lung Cancer
Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) are tumor cells that are separated from the primary site or metastatic lesion and disseminate in blood circulation. CTCs are considered to be part of the long process of cancer metastasis. As a 'liquid biopsy', CTC molecular examination and investigation of single cancer cells create an important opportunity for providing an understanding of cancer biology and the...
